This full bodied, earthy coffee comes from the island of Sulawesi, a large island east of Borneo in Indonesia. Harvested between July and September, the beans are washed and sun dried, then finished with a medium roast. The result is a clean and sweet taste, with low acidity, and a light earthy/cocoa finish.
