Current Selection – Sulawesi Kalossi
This full bodied, earthy coffee comes from the island of Sulawesi, a large island east of Borneo in Indonesia. Harvested between July and September, the beans are washed and sun dried, then finished with a medium roast. The result is a clean and sweet taste, with low acidity, and a light earthy/cocoa finish.
The Sulawesi Kalossi coffee is grown in the southeastern part of Sulawesi island in Indonesia, in the highlands near the city of Kalossi. Grown at 4,500 – 6,000 feet, the result is a slow maturing and dense bean, with full body, and rich flavor. This particular lot is grown on small family farms, and sold to a central processing mill. Notes of almond, pecan, and raisin lead to an earthy/cocoa finish.

Brazil Chapada De Minas
This microlot is intercropped with shade trees, and dried on raised beds. The resulting coffee is well balanced, with a nice mouth feel, familiar flavors, and surprising sweetness, particularly on the back end.
